Graduating from Florida State University in 2004 and beginning her career in finance, Karen returned to school to pursue an art degree. Initially focusing on brand strategy and design, a move to NYC with her husband broadened her love for all things paper and letterpress. After returning to Florida with the best New York souvenir of all, her daughter Adeline, Karen knew she wanted to refocus her design career in the stationery industry. Having previously printed with Able, and admiring their work and passion for the printed piece, the opportunity to design in-house and help launch Able Invitations & Stationery was a perfect fit.
